汞灯杀菌,但是容易对环境造成危害,UVC LED一种波长比较短的紫外线,杀灭和病毒的效率比较高。尽管传统灯的总输出功率大,单位面积输出光强却非常弱,只有280nm UVC LED的几百分之一。因此,UVC LED比传统汞灯更适合近距离快速消毒,而且设备体积特别小巧。
UVB:
中波UVB,波长介于275~320纳米,又称为中波红斑效应紫外线。中等穿透力,它的波长较短的部分会被透明玻璃吸收,日光中含有的中波紫外线大部分被臭氧层所吸收,只有不足2%能到达地球表面,在夏天和午后会特别强烈。
对人体伤害程度:它会令表皮具保护作用的脂质层氧化,使皮肤变干;进一步则使表皮细胞内的核酸和蛋白质变性,产生急性皮炎(即晒伤)等症状,皮肤会变红、发痛。严重时,比如长时间的曝晒,还容易导致皮肤变。此外,UVB的长期伤害还会引起黑色素细胞的变异,造成难以消除的太阳斑。
应用领域:紫外线保健灯、植物生长灯发出的就是使用特殊透紫玻璃(不透过254nm以下的光)和峰值在300nm附近的荧光粉制成。
